A bit about me
For a decade, I shaped technology for storytellers at Disney and Lucasfilm. What I learned there still guides me: the best technology disappears. It doesn't demand attention. It serves the story.
That decade was part of a longer arc. Over twenty years, I've built platforms serving millions of users across Fortune 100 technology and media companies. I've led teams, architected systems at scale, and helped organizations navigate waves of emerging technology. From enterprise infrastructure to startup velocity, I've seen what works and what doesn't.
Now I bring all of that to organizations navigating AI and the technologies reshaping how we work. My focus is clarity. Finding signal in the noise. Charting a path forward that amplifies your people rather than overwhelming them.
What sets this apart
Clarity over complexity
I don't talk like a technologist. I translate between business strategy and engineering architecture, helping both sides understand each other. Whether it's a board presentation, an investor conversation, or an internal roadmap discussion, I make the technical accessible without losing the substance.
Breadth that connects the dots
Most technical advisors go deep in one area. My path has been different. Over twenty years across enterprise platforms, media and entertainment, and startups, my experience has shaped me into a "paint drip" engineering leader rather than the traditional T-shape. I see across disciplines.
Partnership, not prescription
I don't disappear into a hole and emerge with a slide deck. I work alongside you and your team, iterating in the open, asking hard questions, and building toward solutions that actually fit. The goal isn't a deliverable. It's clarity you can act on.
Amplifying people, not replacing them
Technology should make your team more capable, not more dependent. Every engagement I take is grounded in this principle: the right solution is the one that amplifies your people and scales your impact.
What you walk away with
Every engagement looks different. What matters is that you leave with clarity and confidence to move forward. Sometimes that's a tangible artifact. Sometimes it's alignment your team didn't have before. Sometimes it's simply knowing the right questions to ask next.
I'm here to help you with whatever you need, not to fit your problem into a predefined package.
Want to work together?
I'm not here to sell you something you don't need. Let's have a conversation about where you are and whether I can help.
